Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide expert occupational therapy input, supporting individuals with acquired brain injuries

Assess, develop, and implement treatment plans based on clinical reasoning and user-centred principles

Address areas of self-maintenance, productivity, education, and leisure to improve the occupational performance of those you support

Engage with families and service users, helping them to overcome resistance or distress during rehabilitation

Complete and review detailed risk assessments to ensure the safety and wellbeing of those you support

Manage your own caseload with guidance from more senior therapists and contribute to the development of care programmes

Work towards improving clinical governance and quality through active participation in OT meetings and implementing outcome measures

You’re a qualified Occupational Therapist who’s passionate about neurorehabilitation and the positive impact it can have on individuals.
