Location Derbyshire & Staffordshire

What s The Work Schedule?

The work schedule is five days a week with some evening and Saturday shifts, to suit client demand and availability. Specific times and dates are arranged with prior notice.

The day to day –

  • Contact and sell to your average of 3 leads daily (40 a month), whilst calling and dealing with existing leads

  • Set Appointments in customer’s house to leads to sell windows and conservatory products.

  • Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the residential sector

  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers through regular contact and follow-up.

  • Product Presentation: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting the features and benefits of their products in people’s homes and in showrooms.

  • Needs Assessment: Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

  • Quotation and Negotiation: Prepare accurate quotations and negotiate terms to close sales effectively.

  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.

  • Experience: Proven sales experience in home improvements

  • Knowledge: Familiarity with windows and conservatory products and the ability to quickly learn technical details.

  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-Motivation: Highly motivated and able to work independently to achieve sales targets.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel to meet with clients.
