You’ll support customers through onboarding and implementation, helping them configure and embed the system into their day-to-day operations. This is a client-facing role working closely with both customers and internal teams to ensure smooth deployments and a great user experience. Key Responsibilities
- Support new customer implementations and existing client rollouts
- Deliver user training and create supporting materials

About You
- Around 2+ years’ experience in software implementation or similar
- Experience working with B2B customers
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with clients
