About the Role
We're looking for reliable self-employed van drivers to deliver parcels across Birmingham and the surrounding region. Routes are typically within a defined radius, so you'll get to know your patch well. - Valid business/hire-and-reward insurance and goods-in-transit cover
- Smartphone with data
- Basic DBS check (we can arrange this)
Required Skills
- Driving and route management
- Confident, safe driver with a clean approach to road use and defensive driving habits

- Organisation and time management
- Punctual and consistent β starts on time, finishes the round

- Polite, presentable and professional at the door
- Clear communicator with customers, neighbours and business receptions
- Handles complaints, missed deliveries and frustrated customers calmly and without escalation
