About the role
We’re looking for an experienced People Relations Partner to join our People Relations team. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with attention to detail and legal rigour. They should be proactive, resilient, and adaptable; able to operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment and respond calmly to emerging risks or urgent issues. There is a commitment to continuous learning and staying up‑to‑date with legislative and case law developments, and to build capability across the organisation through coaching, guidance, and knowledge sharing.
