About the Role
ERM is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate EIA Coordinator to join our growing Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of nationally significant infrastructure, renewable energy, and capital development projects across both onshore and offshore sectors.
The role will provide exposure to a diverse portfolio of projects including offshore wind, onshore wind, transmission infrastructure, solar, battery storage, ports, marine developments, and wider capital projects. Graduate EIA Coordinators play an important role in supporting multidisciplinary teams through the coordination, planning, and delivery of environmental assessments. Similar responsibilities are reflected in current ERM graduate and consulting associate EIA coordination roles.
Key Responsibilities
EIA Project Coordination

Support the coordination of EIA and consenting projects from screening and scoping through to submission.

Assist Project Managers in managing multidisciplinary technical teams.

Track project actions, deliverables, budgets, and programme milestones.

Coordinate inputs from environmental specialists and subconsultants.
