The ESG Reporting Manager will play a key role in shaping and delivering our global sustainability strategy. Working closely with the Director of Sustainability & Community Investment, you’ll help us meet the evolving expectations of our clients, colleagues, shareholders, and communities. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Director of Sustainability & Community Investment to deliver ESG objectives and ensure progress toward the Group’s sustainability commitments.
- Lead on environmental impact reporting, including carbon, energy, waste, and water, ensuring robust data collection, quality, and analysis.
- Manage aspects of TP ICAP’s ESG disclosures to external ratings agencies, frameworks, and third parties.
- Stay ahead of emerging sustainability reporting standards and regulations, helping to shape future disclosure and implementation strategies.
- Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to enhance internal and external storytelling on sustainability achievements.
- Produce reports and presentations for senior management, the Board, and governance committees to support strategic decision-making.
Experience & Competencies
Essential
- Demonstrated experience in a corporate sustainability, ESG reporting, or related analytical role.
- Proven understanding of carbon accounting principles and the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Protocol.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
- A proactive self-starter who takes initiative and demonstrates accountability.
- Sound analytical and quantitative skills with experience managing complex datasets.
- Proven project management ability, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
- Solid relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills across functions and geographies.
Desired
- Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with sustainability or carbon data platforms.
- Hands‑on experience with ESG ratings, indices, and benchmarking frameworks (e.g., Sustainalytics, MSCI, S&P CSA, CDP).
- Working knowledge of relevant sustainability reporting and disclosure standards (e.g., TCFD, SECR, CSRD, UK SRS).
