We’re hiring a high-agency early-career Growth Associate to work directly with the founders. This is a hands‐on role where you’ll shadow founder‐led sales, keep our content/SEO engine running at a consistent baseline, and gradually grow into a customer‐facing sales role over time. Your mission will be to help Seedling scale its go‐to‐market and generate / convert more leads.

Core Responsibilities

  • This is a varied role spanning all areas of our growth engine – from lead generation to deal closing. The core of the role is supporting our founder AimĂŠe who leads sales and marketing – in time you will move towards a dedicated sales role.
  • You’ll be responsible for managing the content we publish on the website to support our SEO and GEO work, and support with marketing and general GTM projects as needed.
  • Work directly day-to-day with the co-founder leading sales (AimĂŠe):
  • Research leads and prospects to inform sales strategy
  • Build pitch decks and configure platform demos
  • Ensure follow‐up sequences run smoothly post‐demo
  • Handle contracts and onboarding coordination
  • Manage CRM hygiene
  • Support with outbound execution (LinkedIn / email)
  • As you learn, take on a sales role:
    • Join customer sales conversations to learn process
    • Train by taking simple, lower value demos
    • Over time, move more towards a dedicated sales role
  • Own the website content pipeline end-to-end
  • Coordinate with freelancers / agencies
  • Maintain internal linking and updates
  • Coordinate with marketing to repurpose content (LinkedIn)
  • Track performance and surface insights
  • Support the marketing team (e.g. LinkedIn content, webinar prep)
  • Skills & Experience

We care more about raw intelligence, drive, adaptability and potential than experience.

    Must haves:

    • Excellent academics (1st / 2:1 and very strong A levels)
    • High agency – you take ownership without waiting to be told
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication
    • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
    • Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change
    • Comfortable using software / AI tools

    Nice to haves:

    • Exposure to startups, sales, or marketing
    • Experience with content creation or research
    • Familiarity with CRMs
    • Experience coordinating projects or people

You’ll thrive in this role if:

    • You’re conscientious, self‐motivated, proactive, have tonnes of initiative, hold yourself to high standards, and are very comfortable working independently
    • You have an entrepreneurial mindset – you love to think strategically, but also to get stuck in and execute
    • You want to join a young, high‐energy team having fun building something exceptional
    • You want to understand the full picture of growing a startup, not just be a cog in the wheel
    • You’ll get excited talking about new ideas, GTM strategies, and business growth (e.g. over a post‐work drink)

This role won’t suit you if (important):

    • You’re looking for steady, structured career‐path progression in a larger team
    • You prefer clearly defined tasks and day‐to‐day certainty over open‐ended problem solving. If priorities change, this would stress you out – you don’t like unpredictability
    • You like being managed closely, and prefer to execute on someone else’s plan
    • You’re not comfortable taking risks or doing something new that you’re not sure will work
    • You prefer a corporate atmosphere

    Why this role?

    • A meaningful role – you’re doing work that matters by tackling climate change
    • Huge learning opportunity: you’ll work closely with the founders, get visibility across the business, and have space to try things, test ideas, and grow
    • Not siloed: you’ll be involved across the whole business
    • A fast‐paced, high‐trust environment that values learning, initiative and momentum
    • Fun, close‐knit team culture
    • Opt out pension 3% employer / 5% employee
    • Office in central Bath – Queen Square
    • Private health through Vitality
    • Perks: weekly drinks, monthly meals, merch, other good stuff!
