Hybrid â ~3 days/week in Bath (flexible).
Weâre hiring a high-agency early-career Growth Associate to work directly with the founders. This is a handsâon role where youâll shadow founderâled sales, keep our content/SEO engine running at a consistent baseline, and gradually grow into a customerâfacing sales role over time. Your mission will be to help Seedling scale its goâtoâmarket and generate / convert more leads.
Core Responsibilities
- This is a varied role spanning all areas of our growth engine â from lead generation to deal closing. The core of the role is supporting our founder AimĂŠe who leads sales and marketing â in time you will move towards a dedicated sales role.
- Youâll be responsible for managing the content we publish on the website to support our SEO and GEO work, and support with marketing and general GTM projects as needed.
- Work directly day-to-day with the co-founder leading sales (AimĂŠe):
- Research leads and prospects to inform sales strategy
- Build pitch decks and configure platform demos
- Ensure followâup sequences run smoothly postâdemo
- Handle contracts and onboarding coordination
- Manage CRM hygiene
- Support with outbound execution (LinkedIn / email)
- Join customer sales conversations to learn process
- Train by taking simple, lower value demos
- Over time, move more towards a dedicated sales role
Skills & Experience
We care more about raw intelligence, drive, adaptability and potential than experience.
Must haves:
- Excellent academics (1st / 2:1 and very strong A levels)
- High agency â you take ownership without waiting to be told
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change
- Comfortable using software / AI tools
Nice to haves:
- Exposure to startups, sales, or marketing
- Experience with content creation or research
- Familiarity with CRMs
- Experience coordinating projects or people
