The Role

Seed to Skin Tuscany welcomes you to become part of our family as a Freelance Therapist at our Liberty London location.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced freelance facialist with in-depth knowledge of the skincare industry to join our Liberty London team. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating unforgettable client experiences and taking an educational approach to help our clients achieve their healthiest, most radiant skin.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver advanced holistic and high-touch facial treatments in line with brand protocols.
• Provide personalised treatment and homecare plan with the clients in order for them to achieve their skincare goals.
• Perform Brand facials on Press and Influencers when required.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador supporting and participating in store events to enhance brand awareness and maximise sales.
• Build a strong relationship with the client to drive repeat buisness, achieve KPIs and targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and treatment history.
• Maintain the treatment area in a professional manner upholding luxury brand standards, reporting low stock levels to Counter Manager.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy (face and body) is essential; CIDESCO or CIBTAC qualifications are highly desirable.
• Experience in retail or spa environments is a bonus, ideally in a customer-focused beauty setting.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products and skincare treatments.
• Ability to deliver personalised treatments and confidently recommend products.
• Professional, discreet, and customer-focused approach.
• Fluency in English is requested.
