Field Sales Executive (Padel Tech)3 Month Contract Seed is building the future of padel. We're bringing the fragmented pieces of the sport, booking, community, coaching, payments, loyalty, into a single operating system for clubs. Now we're building the team to take that message out into the market. About the role This is a field-based sales contract, initially three months. You'll be on the road meeting padel club owners and operators face to face, showing them what Seed does and why it changes how they run their business. You're selling a platform, not a one-off, so you'll need to talk product, handle a considered buying decision, and build the kind of trust that gets an operator to switch the system their whole club runs on. You'll work from our CRM, own your pipeline end to end, and feed back on what's landing in the field. For a lot of these clubs you're the first person they meet from Seed, so the impression you leave counts. What you'll be doing Visiting padel clubs and operators across your patch to introduce Seed and open genuine conversations Selling the platform on its merits, reading the room, and spotting when someone's ready to move Booking and running follow-ups, then handing warm, qualified opportunities through to the team Keeping the CRM clean so we always know where every deal stands Reporting back on what operators want and where the objections sit What we're looking for At least 1-2 years in B2B sales, tech or SaaS preferred A genuine closer who reads buying signals and acts on them A track record of beating targets in a fast, sales-driven environment Comfortable selling a considered product with a real sales cycle, not just transactional volume Self-motivated and happy working independently on the road A full UK driving licence and your own car (this is a travelling role, so it's essential) Energy, drive, and the appetite to be the best The details Three-month contract to start, with scope to extend for the right person Basic of £28,000-£30,000 with an uncapped commission structure on top; realistic OTE around £40k and £60k for a top performer Mileage covered; a car is required for the role You're representing a genuinely new product in a sport that's growing fast, getting in before the category is defined If that's what gets you going, we want to hear from you.
