Role Description: Looking for an experienced Sales Closer / Account Executive responsible for closing high-ticket marketing retainers with eCommerce and DTC brands. Deal sizes typically range from $4,000 to $25,000+ per month for paid media management and creative strategy services. This role focuses on converting qualified inbound opportunities and high-value prospects into revenue. The ideal candidate is confident selling to founders and marketing leaders and understands the economic drivers behind eCommerce growth (CAC, ROAS, creative testing, and paid acquisition scaling). You will conduct strategy calls, guide prospects through the evaluation process, and drive deals toward signed agreements and onboarding.
Location: Remote
Schedule: Must overlap with US business hours (EST-heavy lead flow)
Compensation: $5,000/month draw (minimum guaranteed pay), 20% commission on closed deals (uncapped), OTE: $120,000-$150,000+
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a closing sales role (AE, Sales Executive, or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to close high-ticket services or SaaS deals
- Strong consultative selling and discovery skills
- Comfortable speaking with founders and senior marketing leaders
- Strong pipeline management and follow-up discipline
- Excellent verbal communication and objection-handling skills
- Ability to operate independently in a remote environment

- Experience selling into eCommerce, DTC, or marketing environments
