Our client a stunning and welcoming nursery situated in East London, offering fulltime and flexible childcare for children aged 6months to 5 years. They aim to provide a safe, healthy, fun, stimulating, learning and socially diverse environment and offer affordable, high quality childcare for local families, including subsidised places for lower-income families. As a community nursery, the nursery is run by parents for parents and the Management Committee delegate the day-to-day running of the nursery to the Nursery Manager.
They are looking for a confident, passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our enthusiastic and passionate team at their Ofsted graded good nursery that is minutes away from the station
The successful candidate will have a robust knowledge of EYFS, strong communication and organisation skills and be highly motivated to lead and manage a team of staff.

Scope of this challenging role:
To ensure the day to day operation of the nursery is kept to high standard. To ensure all legislation in relation to registration with regulatory bodies, special needs, child protection and Health and Safety is complied with and that company policies and procedures are adhered to. To monitor and manage staff, continually improve practice and support the nursery team.
Requested qualifications and experiences:
At least NVQ Level 3 qualification in Childcare, an equivalent or higher management qualification and/or a further qualification in Childcare. Recent experience of management in an Early Years setting including staff management, budgets, regulatory compliance and administration.
