We are looking for a deputy manager to work for a home who provide care for the elderly. You must be RGN qualified . This is an ideal opportunity for a senior Registered Nurse with management experience, eg Head of Unit or Clinical Lead, looking to take the next step in their career progression. As deputy you’ll be wholly responsible for planning, directing, and managing the clinical services while developing your leadership and business skills in supporting the General Manager. The deputy will be confident communicators, effective leaders and skilled clinicians; committed to creating a nurturing environment for our residents and for our staff. It goes without saying that you will be the perfect blend of dedication, competence and compassion; able to motivate and inspire a multi-disciplinary team to deliver all-round excellence, ensuring that the people we support feel valued and safe. As a deputy (Registered Nurse) they will guarantee you clinical autonomy within your role, with the opportunity to enhance your professional skills and develop your career further. Many of the Managers take advantage of their Leadership and Management programme and go on to manage Homes or Hospitals of their own
