About the Role
We are seeking a Client Administrator to join our Fire & Flood team, based in Epping. Reporting to the Operational Administrator, this role is essential in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of fire and flood restoration services. You will support our operational team by providing administrative, logistical, and customer service support to manage claims, coordinate field activities, and maintain accurate records and documentation. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused administrator to play a key role in supporting our growing Fire & Flood operations within a supportive and dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update job management and CRM systems with accurate project information
- Prepare documentation including job reports, quotations, and send out as required and requested
- Monitor and manage shared inboxes, responding to queries and escalating when necessary
- Support the scheduling of site visits and technician deployment
- Liaise with clients, insurers, loss adjusters, and subcontractors to provide updates and ensure service expectations are met
- Handle inbound calls and emails from customers and stakeholders in a professional and timely manner
- Provide support in resolving customer complaints and ensuring issues are documented and followed up
- Assist in tracking job progress and ensure key milestones are met
- Support the collation and submission of reports and documentation to insurers and clients
- Ensure all administrative processes are compliant with company policies, health and safety requirements, and SEED's SLA and standards
- Maintain accurate and secure record-keeping for audit and compliance purposes, in line with GDPR policies
- Assist in stock control and ordering of supplies where directed

- Proven experience in an administrative or operational support role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident in using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
