Join Our Team as a Support Worker
Location: | Wellington, Somerset |
Salary: | £12.30 per hour plus benefits |
Hours: | 16 hours per week, shifts vary between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm, Saturday to Sunday only |
Contract: | Part-time, Permanent |
Driving Requirement: | A valid full UK manual driving license is desirable but not essential |

Who you will be Supporting?
Fiennes House is a small residential home for adults with learning and other disabilities, many of whom have sight loss. The residents are active and enjoy activities like art, trampolining, music, gardening, and community outings.
Essential Criteria
To be considered, you should demonstrate exposure to two of the following areas:
- Complex Health Conditions
- Epilepsy
- Cerebral Palsy
- Autism and Learning Disabilities
About You
Are you passionate about making a difference? Do you have a calm, caring, and resilient attitude? If so, we want to hear from you! You should be comfortable assisting with personal care, and experience with hoists and wheelchairs is a plus.
What will you be doing?
You will help support individuals in their daily lives, build relationships, promote independence, support social activities, and ensure dignity and respect.
