SeeAbility in Kent is seeking a Behaviour Consultant on a full-time contract for up to 6 months to support people with learning disabilities and autism in their own homes, delivering Positive Behaviour Support within a trauma-informed approach.
You will assess needs, develop positive behaviour support plans, deliver PROACT-SCIPr-UK training to teams, and coach staff to deliver quality support while monitoring outcomes and collaborating with families and partner organisations.
