Support Worker – Make Every Day Matter!
Location: Wellington, Somerset
Hours: 20 hours contract, week 1 Thursday & Saturday, week 2 Friday & Saturday

- Supporting daily routines – from morning support to bedtime

- Contributing to tailored support plans
- Building therapeutic relationships that truly make a difference
- Keeping accurate support notes – every detail matters
