- Leading a dedicated team of Support Workers across 2 homes, based in Leatherhead and Ashtead
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of 2 supported living homes
- Ensuring compliance with CQC and safeguarding standards
- Driving quality outcomes and continuous improvement
- Building strong relationships with families, professionals & stakeholders
- Coaching and mentoring your team to thrive

We are looking to recruit a new Registered Manager to oversee 2 of our lovely supported living homes in Leatherhead and Ashtead! Youll be in charge of supporting amazing individuals in their own homes. You wont be alone - youll be leading a passionate, caring team. Youll be making a real impact with people who have:
