We are looking for a maintenance technician to provide reactive maintenance services across our homes in Tadley. If you're someone who is hardworking, who leads with empathy and champions quality of life, while building genuine, trusted relationships, this could be the role for you.

As a Maintenance Technician you will:
- Strive to produce high-quality outputs and interactions for the people we support and each other
- Maintain the Heather House and Fir Tree Lodge property and equipment to the highest standards
- Provide maintenance repair services as required/scheduled, including general plumbing, carpentry, tiling, furniture, fixtures and fittings, windows, locks, gutters, fences etc.
- Maintain, repair and install various general plumbing installations, including internal and external drains, sinks, taps, showers, toilets and other equipment
- Undertake any other maintenance/handyperson tasks as required.
