Role Description Join Our Team as a Senior Support Worker Location:Leatherhead, Surrey Salary:£13.86 per hour (£27,027 per annum) plus benefits. Hours:37.5 hours per week, shifts vary between 7:00 am and 9:30 pm, Monday to Sunday (on a shift rota basis). Contract:Full-time, Permanent. Driving Requirement:A valid full UK manual driving license is essential for this role. Right to Work:Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any skilled worker visas. Essential Criteria To be considered for this position, you will demonstrate exposure to the following areas of expertise: Autism and Learning Disabilities Sight Loss Mental Health Physical Disabilities Epilepsy Manual Handling and Personal Care You will have a QCF in Health & Social Care Level 2 Diploma (or equivalent) with willingness to undertake a level 3 in Health & Social Care and demonstrate reasonable knowledge of regulatory standards for supported/residential living.Please note that holding a UK driving licence is essential to be considered for this role.
