Support Worker – Make Every Day Matter!
Location: Redhill, Surrey
Salary: £13.00 per hour (£25,350 per annum) plus benefits.
Hours: Guaranteed 37.5 hours per week – stability you can count on.
Driving Licence: Manual UK licence is essential.

Qualifications:
- Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
- The ability to work full-time (37.5 hours per week)
- Previous experience in a care/support setting
- A valid manual UK driving licence
- The legal right to live and work in the UK
- The ability to work one sleep‑in per week (at a rate of £50 per night on top of base salary)

Who You’ll Support:
Redhill Supported Living is expanding, and we’re looking for kind, motivated people to join our welcoming, non‑judgemental team. Based across 16 vibrant apartments, we support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and sight loss to live fulfilling, independent lives. Every day, you’ll provide hands‑on, meaningful support to individuals with:
- Autism
- Learning disabilities
- Physical conditions
- Behaviours that challenge
- Visual impairments
From everyday routines to life‑building moments, your support will help people gain confidence, independence, and choice.
