0 hours per week, from 7.30m to 9.30pm, Monday to Sunday (on a shift rota basis, this includes every other weekend) |

What will you be doing?
As a Male Support Worker, you\’ll be more than just their support – you\’ll be a key part of someone\’s journey towards living their best life. Here\’s what you\’ll be doing:
- Daily Care & Support:Helping with personal care, meal preparation, medication, and other daily tasks.
- Building Relationships:Getting to know the people you support, understanding their needs, and helping them live life on their own terms.
- Empowering Independence:Assisting with personal goals, from daily activities to long-term aspirations, and encouraging creative exploration.
- Social Engagement:Supporting activities like holiday’s, social events, and hobbies, ensuring everyone could enjoy what they love doing.
- Respect & Dignity:Ensuring that the people we support, and their families are treated respectfully, with dignity, and equality.
Who you will be Supporting?
\”Hello, I am a 50 year old man who will be supported by SeeAbility in my own home. I’m looking for people who are resilient, patient, and non-judgemental to join my team. You will need to be physicallyfit as I love to go out into the community. Whether it be swimming, going to the zoo, attending local events, coffee shops or the pub. I also love jigsaw puzzles and crafting, drawn teapots and cutting out picture from magazines.
I have autism and mild learning disabilities, and while my behaviour can sometimes be particularly physically challenging, I’m looking for someone who can help me live a fulfilling life. If you’re resilient, dependable, compassionate and enjoy helping others, I’d love to meet you!\”
