How Will You Make a Difference?
As a Maintenance Technician you will:
- Strive to produce high-quality outputs and interactions for the people we support and each other
- Maintain the Heather House and Fir Tree Lodge property and equipment to the highest standards
- Provide maintenance repair services as required/scheduled, including general plumbing, carpentry, tiling, furniture, fixtures and fittings, windows, locks, gutters, fences etc.
- Maintain, repair and install the various general plumbing installations, including internal and external drains, sinks, taps, showers, toilets and other equipment
- Collect required materials/tools from suppliers
- Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations
