Salary: £13.72 per hour (£26,754) plus benefits

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday), permanent

Driving Licence: Manual UK licence essential

How Will You Make a Difference?

As a Maintenance Technician you will:

  • Strive to produce high-quality outputs and interactions for the people we support and each other
  • Maintain the Heather House and Fir Tree Lodge property and equipment to the highest standards
  • Provide maintenance repair services as required/scheduled, including general plumbing, carpentry, tiling, furniture, fixtures and fittings, windows, locks, gutters, fences etc.
  • Maintain, repair and install the various general plumbing installations, including internal and external drains, sinks, taps, showers, toilets and other equipment
  • Collect required materials/tools from suppliers
  • Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations
