We are specialists in supporting people who are autistic. Our focus is on supporting people to live independently in their own home.  We aim to excel as a specialist provider of quality care and support, ensuring the people we support are at the heart of everything we do. Our support enables people to make choices and express their individuality. Personalisation is not a tick box exercise for us, but is fundamental to how we deliver our mission every single day of the year. Applicants must be flexible regarding working hours in order to meet the needs of the service. Once training is completed there will be sleep-in shifts (paid separately) alongside your normal hours.  We are looking for people with a good listening ear, that are patient, understanding and proactive who want to see the ladies we support excel in their lives, learning and becoming as independent as they can. Our ladies enjoy a range of different activities, whether its crafts, learning to cook new recipes, going to work, swimming, days out in London or going on Rollercoasters at Theme Parks.
