Role Description
Female Support Worker – Make Every Day Matter!
Location: Seaford, East Sussex
Salary: ÂŁ13.09 per hour (ÂŁ25,525.50 per annum) plus benefits.
Hours: 37.5 per week, guaranteed – stability you can count on. Sleep-ins are compulsory in for this role.

About the Role
This is a 1:1 support role with an element of 2:1 2.5 hours per day, where communication and emotional intelligence are just as important as practical skills.
You’ll support her to:
- Feel safe, reassured and understood
- Express herself through communication, stories and play
- Stay engaged in daily activities and routines
- Navigate moments of anxiety or challenge with calm, confidence and care
You will work alongside a supportive team and receive guidance and training from SeeAbility, ensuring you feel confident and well‑supported.
