Location: Wellington, Somerset
Hours: up to 37.5 hours contract
Salary: ÂŁ25,525.50 per annum (ÂŁ13.09 per hour) plus benefits

What You’ll Need

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Previous experience in a care/support setting
  • A valid manual UK driving licence

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Bringing structure and support to everyday life from morning routines to winding down at night, helping people feel confident, calm, and ready for each day.
  • Creating fun, person‑centred moments with the people being supported; plan activities that spark joy, build skills, and boost wellbeing
  • Shaping truly personalized support by developing tailored plans that reflect each person’s goals, preferences, and aspirations
  • Building meaningful, therapeutic relationships through presence, patience, and encouragement to help people grow and feel heard
  • Keeping thoughtful and accurate records; ensure support notes are clear, reflective, and person‑centred
