Driving Requirement: A valid full UK manual driving license is desirable but not essential.

We are seeking resilient and patient Female Support Workers, ideally drivers, to assist an individual with Autism in pursuing their interests. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting adults with Autism, be able to remain calm during crises, and have experience with challenging behaviours. British Sign Language skills are a plus.

As a Support Worker, you will:
- Assist with daily activities, including personal care, laundry, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Understand and support the individual's desired lifestyle.
- Take ownership of the quality of care provided.
- Protect and promote the well-being of the individual.
- Help residents plan and achieve short and long-term goals.
- Plan and support activities like vacations, learning, and social events, exploring new opportunities.
