SeeAbility is seeking a Male Support Worker to help a person with autism and learning disabilities live a fuller life in Birchington, Kent. You will support daily routines, plan person-centred activities and build trusted relationships to boost confidence and wellbeing.

Role offers 37.5 hours per week with guaranteed hours, paid training, and a supportive team. Sleep-ins are compensated (Β£50 per sleep) and a manual UK driving licence is a plus.
