Join Our Team as an Interim Senior Support Worker (6 Months Contract)
Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire
Salary: £15.06 per hour (£29,367 per annum) plus benefits
Hours: 7.30am – 3:00pm, 2.30pm – 10.00pm, Sleep in 10:00pm -7:30am (Monday to Sunday on a shift rota basis. Please note, the shifts may vary due to the needs of the people we support)
Contract: Full time, Interim 6 months contract
Driving Licence: A valid driving license is required (Manual, UK)

What You’ll Need
- Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Hold QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) and be willing to complete Level 3
- A valid manual UK driving licence
- The legal right to live and work in the UK

- Supervise daily outputs and support the Deputy Manager with staff performance, development, and appraisals
- Ensure high-quality care and assistance for individuals
- Help people plan and achieve short- and long-term goals
- Organize and encourage creative activities, trips, learning, and social events
- Treat individuals and families with respect, dignity, and equality
- Work in line with SeeAbility’s values
