SeeAbility in Bicester, Oxfordshire, is seeking a Deputy Manager (12 months fixed term maternity cover) to support the Registered Manager in our Supported Living Homes. You'll lead a dedicated team, ensure safe, person-centred care and drive improvements in outcomes for the people we support.
You'll bring experience of safeguarding, risk assessment, and CQC standards, plus NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
