Job summary
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Theatre Marketing Executive to support the delivery of theatre marketing activity across See Tickets, Eventim, affiliate and Groups channels.
Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, you will help deliver campaigns that drive ticket sales, customer engagement and database growth.
This is a varied role with hands‑on responsibility for CRM, onsite content, special offers, Groups and Education communications, reporting and day‑to‑day campaign coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Build, test and deliver theatre email campaigns and newsletters, including audience targeting, content set‑up, proofing, scheduling and reporting.
- Support the delivery of integrated theatre campaigns across CRM, onsite, content, paid media, affiliate and partner channels.
- Maintain accurate and engaging theatre content, offers and campaign information across See Tickets, Eventim and relevant affiliate sites.
- Coordinate the set‑up and administration of special offers, presales and promotional activity across relevant ticketing and marketing systems.
- Support the production and distribution of the annual Groups Guide, including show information, assets, copy, approvals and campaign delivery.
- Build Groups and Education communications in collaboration with the Groups Team and relevant specialist teams.
- Prepare campaign reports, monitor email and sales performance, and help identify opportunities to improve activity.
- Coordinate purchase orders, invoices, campaign records, creative assets and approvals.
- Support wider B2C marketing activity across See Tickets and Eventim when required.
Skills & Experience
- A keen interest in theatre, live entertainment and the performing arts.
- Experience in a marketing, CRM, content, digital, ticketing, entertainment or comparable consumer‑facing role.
- Experience creating and delivering email marketing campaigns, newsletters or other customer communications.
- Strong copywriting, proofreading and attention‑to‑detail skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Confidence working with data, campaign reporting and Excel or similar reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑management skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, clients and agencies.
- A proactive, positive and solutions‑focused approach to work.
- Willingness to attend occasional evening events and performances.
- Basic HTML knowledge.
- Experience within theatre, ticketing, live entertainment, arts, attractions or a similar sector.
- Experience of Groups, Education, tourism or affiliate marketing.
- Experience using Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, GA4 or other digital‑marketing and reporting platforms
