Role Description:
  • Handle incoming marketing requests from clients and involve the appropriate channel lead to ensure marketing is coordinated for the client’s event.
  • Develop an understanding of sales trends per category (e.g. music, attractions or exhibitions) and use this to understand how and when marketing can be used to increase sales.
  • Gain a deep understanding of each marketing channel offered by the business in order to fully understand and sell the company’s marketing capabilities.
  • Ensure that contracted marketing obligations are fulfilled.
  • Work with marketing channel leads to consult with them on marketing matters from event promotion and coordination through to reporting.
  • Ensure channel experts have the right creative content needed to do their work.
  • Proactively communicate marketing sales successes to clients, interpreting data from internal and external marketing analytics systems.
