SEE Services is looking for a Mobile Fabric Engineer/Multiskilled to join our team on a permanent basis in Bromley. We offer:
- Door to Door Pay

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance including, but not limited to:
- Completing quoted works
- Minor carpentry works
- Minor building fabric repairs
- Minor decorating tasks
- Minor Plumbing works
- Update the client and the team when further works are required
- 1 of 4 Call outs
- Prepare simple quotes
- Provide a schedule of works for identified additional/remedial works
- Travel between and work across multiple sites, clients, and location types
- Ensure standards of workmanship are maintained to maximise the operation effectiveness and reliability of the building and associated systems
- Do the job right and do it right first time, within a pre-determined timescale
- Provide excellent customer service to building occupants, ensuring they are made aware of work order progress in a timely manner
