Responsibilities

• Joinery – from door fitting to basic carpentry repairs
• Plumbing – minor repairs, installations, and maintenance
• Tiling – wall and floor tiling to a high standard
• Minor Electrical Works – such as replacing sockets, light fittings, etc.
• Painting & Decorating – internal and external works

Qualifications

• Proven experience across multiple trades
• High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication
• Full driving licence (preferred)
• Relevant qualifications or certifications are a plus
