Role: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Helpdesk Administrator to join our dynamic team.
Working on a busy maintenance helpdesk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities
- Helpdesk Administrating: Monitor the helpdesk email inbox to ensure timely responses and actions.
- Job Coordination: Raise jobs on our in-house CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) system.
- Client Communication: Send quotes to client portals and respond to general queries via email.
- Call Handling: Answer incoming calls from clients, addressing general queries and logging emergency jobs.
- Timekeeping: Process engineer timesheets with accuracy and efficiency.
- Client Portals: Update and maintain client web portals to ensure data accuracy and transparency.
Key Skills and Requirements
