We have an exciting new opportunity for an Air Conditioning Engineer to join our Reactive division based in and around the South East. You will be carrying out planned & preventive maintenance, breakdown & service calls on various HVAC equipment, including split A/C, VRV, multi split, close control computer room A/C, AHU, HRU etc on all different makes, mostly Mitsubishi & Daikin. Water chiller experience also would be an advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install, service and maintain systems and equipment.
- Providing quotation of materials/labour to Line Manager.
- Undertaking preparatory work.
- Inspecting, testing, certificating, and commissioning.
- Identifying and rectifying faults.
- Excellent problem-solving skills are essential.
- Providing functional and technical information to customers.
- Maintaining effective working relationships with fellow workers.
- Overseeing work activities.
- Be able to follow technical drawings, building plans and other instructions.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Able to work under pressure.
- C&G 2709.
- F-Gas Cat 1.
- PASMA / IPAF (preferable).
- Skill Card required – or equivalent.
EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS

Location: within the M25 but the area also includes Kent, Essex, Portsmouth, Reading, Swindon, Slough, Oxford, Bicester, Milton Keynes. Company van supplied with fuel card. Full training will be given in using the PDA. Tools – Drills, electrical testers and specialist tools supplied when required.
SALARY: Competitive hourly rate. 23 days annual leave (+ Public holidays) rising to 25 days.
