An exciting and varied role for Electrical Engineers based in the following areas: Romford/Dagenham/Dartford/Oxford/Northampton/Milton Keynes/Telford/Stoke-on-Trent has arisen to undertake mobile electrical maintenance works to a high quality with a customer orientated focus. Overall responsibility for carrying out various work efficiently and effectively, works include wide variety from re-lamping, fault finding, installation of consumer units, socket replacement etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Undertake emergency callouts, quote request surveys
  • Performing electrical fault-finding, repairs, and assembly
  • Using PDA, logging into portals and logging off correctly, in line with company procedures
  • Supply the SEE Services estimating team with quote information requests by deadlines required
  • Carrying out relevant NICEIC electrical tests, mostly minor works certs on the tablets
  • Deliver M&E and minor works i.e., general lighting, power data, small scale fire alarm works, fault finding
  • Mostly working alone but may require pairing with another engineer depending on works and business requirement
  • Ensuring photos are taken before and after repairs, inline with company procedures
  • Completing work sheets on site, following operations standard
  • Upload all documentation to each job (Job Docs) in timely fashion, at latest after completing the job
  • Undertaking call out as required, when on duty on the call out rota
  • Ensure the highest standards and competencies are delivered and demonstrated for all works undertaken
  • Contributing to the delivery of quality service, aiming for 100% satisfaction of the customer
  • Provide technical support, advise, and guidance to the client and team, as required
  • To ensure that all duties are carried out in line with all Company policies and procedures and requirements
  • To ensure you follow Health and Safety policies and requirements
  • Be a good team player but also able to work on own initiative

SALARY: Competitive hourly rate • 23 days annual leave (+ Public holidays) rising to 25 days.
