We're hiring our first UK sales and growth hires to open doors, build pipeline, and turn early UK interest into a proper book of business. This is a sales role focused on growth, not the typical aggressive sales tactics. You likely have experience on the buyer side of vendor pitches and understand the importance of genuine relationships over generic presentations.

We need a sales operator who runs a tight process, qualifies quickly, builds genuine relationships across complex enterprise buying groups, and closes deals. You may come from SaaS sales, UX, User Research, or a tech background. Curiosity and respect for the buyer are essential, as you'll be selling to smart and thoughtful Heads of Design, Research, Digital, and Accessibility.

You will own a significant portion of the UK market from day one, prospecting into financial services, insurance, central and local government, regulators, and higher education. Your responsibilities will include building pipeline, shaping proposals, and ensuring successful delivery and renewals.

About Us
We're an Australian-founded platform connecting enterprise and government clients with diverse and disabled testers to surface real-world usability and accessibility insights that standard audits miss. We have equity-free backing from the Australian Government's Industry Growth Program and were ranked sixth in the Deloitte Fast 50 Fast Starters. We're at a pivotal moment with proven enterprise customers and the conviction to invest in international growth.

What You Bring
- Three or more years in B2B SaaS, consulting, or professional services sales, with a track record of closing into enterprise or public sector accounts in the UK.
- Comfort running the full cycle from prospecting through to signature, or strong SDR experience with ambition to step up.
- A history of building pipeline in green-field territory.
- Familiarity selling to Heads of Design, Research, Accessibility, Digital, CX, or Customer Insight, or a genuine interest in learning about these buyers.
- Working knowledge of UK enterprise and public sector procurement, including frameworks like G-Cloud and Digital Marketplace.
- Comfort in a startup environment where you help write the playbook and make decisions with incomplete information.
- A real belief in the mission that designing for the margins improves outcomes for everyone.

Nice to Have
- Exposure to accessibility work, WCAG, or the European Accessibility Act.
- Existing relationships in UK financial services, insurance, higher education, or central or local government.
- Experience selling a product or service that required educating the buyer.

What This Role Isn't
- A strategy role with people underneath you; you'll set the playbook and run it.
- A pure hunting role that ends at signature; you'll stay close to delivery and renewals.
- A shark game; our deals are considered and our buyers are sharp.

If you've built pipeline somewhere big and want to do it again with a product you believe in, we'd love to hear from you. This role will require you to work from London a few days a week. Hustle for good. Apply now.
