We are a growing startup seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Delivery Consultant Intern to support the delivery of technology projects for our clients. This role offers hands-on experience working at the intersection of business and technology, helping to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction. The role has a strong technical and data focus and will provide exposure to real client delivery environments, systems, and datasets, while working under the guidance of experienced consultants and technical leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the technical delivery of client projects by assisting with activities such as data analysis, system configuration, testing, and technical documentation.
- Work with datasets, APIs, and system integrations to help ensure data flows correctly between platforms and that technical solutions are implemented as designed.
- Assist with gathering and documenting technical and business requirements, helping to translate business needs into clearly defined tasks and deliverables.
- Support project tracking by helping monitor timelines, risks, and dependencies, and assist with preparing client updates and delivery documentation.
- Support technical research, investigating new tools or technologies, and helping to document technical processes, architectures, and delivery procedures.
- Assist with monitoring system performance, reviewing logs, and identifying potential issues, escalating them to senior team members where appropriate.
- Work closely with experienced consultants and engineers, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to real delivery work in a supported learning environment.
Skills & Experience
- Strong interest in technology, data, and how software systems work in practice, with a willingness to learn on the job.
- A basic understanding of data structures, APIs, system integrations, databases, or cloud-based systems would be beneficial.
- Comfortable working with tools such as Excel and PowerPoint and interested in developing skills in areas such as data analysis, scripting, system configuration, or technical troubleshooting.
- Attention to detail, logical thinking, and problem-solving ability are important.
- Good communication skills are also important, as you will need to clearly document your work and collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members.
