Role Description

You will take ownership of a portfolio of growth-focused clients, delivering high-quality management information alongside forward-looking insight and strategic support. Your work will span performance analysis, forecasting, cashflow management and board-level reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing monthly management accounts with clear commentary and commercial insight
• Building and maintaining cashflow forecasts and longer-term financial forecasts
• Supporting clients with budgeting, scenario modelling and decision-making around growth, investment and cost control
• Translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders
• Working closely with clients’ founders and senior teams to understand their business model, challenges and ambitions
• Supporting internal teams across tax, audit, funding and corporate finance to deliver joined-up advice
• Identifying opportunities to add value beyond core reporting—proactively spotting risks, trends and improvement areas

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Ability to prepare accurate and insightful management accounts
• Experience preparing forecasts / cashflow models
• Strong analytical and communication Skills
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Proven experience in a similar role within practice or industry
