Role Description
You will take ownership of a portfolio of growth-focused clients, delivering high-quality management information alongside forward-looking insight and strategic support. Your work will span performance analysis, forecasting, cashflow management and board-level reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing monthly management accounts with clear commentary and commercial insight
- Building and maintaining cashflow forecasts and longer-term financial forecasts
- Supporting clients with budgeting, scenario modelling and decision-making around growth, investment and cost control
- Translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders
- Working closely with clients’ founders and senior teams to understand their business model, challenges and ambitions
- Supporting internal teams across tax, audit, funding and corporate finance to deliver joined-up advice
- Identifying opportunities to add value beyond core reporting—proactively spotting risks, trends and improvement areas

We are focused on driving strong client growth and require accountants who strive to deliver exceptional work for clients and position Sedulo as the leader in management accounts and strategic advisory.
Qualifications
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Ability to prepare accurate and insightful management accounts
- Experience preparing forecasts / cashflow models
- Strong analytical and communication Skills
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Proven experience in a similar role within practice or industry
