As a Junior IT Support Engineer Apprentice, you will provide technical support to Sedulo staff across all offices, both in person and remotely. You\’ll assist with day-to-day troubleshooting, device configuration, system maintenance, and the administration of Microsoft 365, while building your skills across cloud services, networking, and cybersecurity.
Responsibilities
- Provide first line technical support across all offices (onsite and remote).
- Troubleshoot issues with Windows 11 laptops, Microsoft 365 apps, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Log and document tickets, resolutions, and updates in the helpdesk system.
- Set up laptops, mobile devices, and user accounts following company standards.
- Carry out maintenance tasks including updates, backups, and system monitoring.
- Assist with device inventory, asset management, and equipment labelling.
- Follow cybersecurity best practices when handling credentials and user data.
- Support disaster recovery testing and documentation.

Qualifications & Experience
- Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD) account management.
- User onboarding/offboarding processes (mailboxes, permissions, Teams, OneDrive).
- Intune device management and compliance processes.
- Fortinet technologies (FortiGate, FortiSwitch, FortiAP).
- Network fundamentals: routers, switches, VLANs, Wi‑Fi SSIDs.
- PC/laptop building or troubleshooting experience.
- Basic familiarity with PowerShell, Intune, or Active Directory (even home lab experience included).
