We are seeking a dedicated, organised HR Recruitment & Onboarding Administrator to support our expanding volunteer team. This is a key role in helping us grow sustainably while ensuring new volunteers feel welcomed and supported.

    What will you be doing?

    • Key Responsibilities
    • Recruitment: Collaborate with the chair and trustees to identify volunteer needs and create detailed role descriptions. Post volunteer opportunities on job boards (Reach Volunteering, Indeed), social media (LinkedIn), and other platforms to attract suitable candidates. Monitor applications and conduct initial screening to shortlist potential candidates. Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for candidates.
    • Onboarding Coordination: Oversee the onboarding process for new volunteers, ensuring they are welcomed and equipped to succeed. Prepare and distribute onboarding materials, including agreements, NDA, and other relevant documents.
    • Support and Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for recruitment and onboarding inquiries. Provide ongoing support to volunteers, addressing any questions or concerns during their transition period. Assist in refining recruitment and onboarding processes to enhance efficiency and volunteer satisfaction.
