We have a fantastic opportunity for an auditor in our Home Claims Services team.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Auditor within our dedicated Domestic Adjusting and team. Covering teams across the United Kingdom, you\’ll balance office and remote work to optimise efficiency.
Our dedicated domestic adjusting team generally handle claims up to and over£100k in value.Each domestic adjuster works alongside a designated adjusting executive and works as part of the larger regional team.Claims are allocated based on experience and technical ability, with each claim assessed for complexity prior to allocation.
The successful applicant will carry out regular reviews of files and provide feedback to support development of colleagues and ensure they meet our procedures and our clients’ processes. As an Auditor, you will need to understand our service strategy, have the ability to build rapport & trust and have strong coaching skills. You will work alongside the Operational and Technical Team Managers to deliver technical and service excellence in pro-active claims handling and management. In particular, the key strands to the job will encompass audit which links directly into our training program, complaints resolution and root cause analysis, technical development of staff, and service improvement.
