This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving Subsidence team where you'll play a pivotal role in leading, developing and inspiring colleagues while helping to deliver an outstanding customer experience. As a Team Leader, you'll provide day-to-day guidance and support, acting as the go-to person for the team, driving performance, identifying development opportunities and creating a positive, engaged culture where people can thrive and succeed.
The role offers a unique blend of people leadership and technical claims expertise. You'll manage your own portfolio of subsidence claims while supporting the wider team, giving you the opportunity to continue developing your technical knowledge and build on your existing subsidence experience. You'll also work closely with the leadership, providing support and deputising when required.
We're keen to hear from experienced team leaders/managers from a claims handling background who have a passion for developing people and delivering excellent service. Equally, this role presents a fantastic opportunity for experienced subsidence professionals who are looking to take the next step into leadership. If you're a confident claims handler with strong technical expertise, a natural mentor and a desire to positively influence team performance, we'd love to hear from you.
