We have a fantastic opportunity for Team Leaders in Glasgow.
As a Team Leader, you’ll have responsibility for the day-to-day management of a team, including being a focal point for inquiries, identifying and fulfilling training requirements, driving colleague engagement and team performance. We’re looking for an enthusiastic leader who can motivate and support colleagues as well as train, develop, and appraise them.

The skills you will have when you apply:
- Experience as a claims team leader: Previous experience managing a team of FNOL handlers/claims handlers is required for this role.
- Excellent communication skills: You\’ll speak with and write to policyholders, insurers, contractors, and more. You’ll explain complex details clearly, and negotiate fair settlements for all.
- Ability to cope with a fast-changing working environment.
- Willingness to undertake professional qualifications: to support your development.
