As the Claims Technician in the Agriculture and Rural Network (ARN) team, you will manage agricultural and livestock claims from initial report through to settlement. You will own each claim, make decisions, and work closely with clients to deliver the best outcome.

Your main responsibilities include being the single point of contact for customers, managing claims and related information, controlling costs and payments, and delivering high technical standards while keeping the customer experience at the forefront.

We are looking for someone who is a strong communicator, self‑motivated, well‑organized, flexible, open to change, and enthusiastic about using industry‑leading technology. Fluency in French is desirable but not essential.

The skills you will have when you apply:

  • Experience in managing claims across multiple clients; previous experience in a claim environment is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to explain complex details clearly and negotiate fair settlements.
  • Qualifications: Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters' CILA qualification is an advantage but not essential.
