Overview

As a Domestic Loss Adjuster, you will manage a caseload of domestic property damage claims in the Sheffield, Lincoln, and Doncaster area, including visiting claimants' homes, coordinating contractor visits, and settling claims. You will perform claims investigations, prepare reports, and communicate with policyholders, insurers, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit claimant properties to assess damage and collect evidence.
  • Coordinate visits from contractors and negotiate fair settlements.
  • Prepare comprehensive claim reports and submit them for review.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage multiple claims concurrently.
  • Communicate effectively with all parties involved.
