Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-value and complex repairs with skills in construction or claims management.
- Work closely with various departments, providing technical expertise and support.
- Collaborate with contractors to meet revenue targets for complex repairs and ensure their performance and compliance.
- Manage contractor capacity and forecasting and conduct quality audits to maintain standards.
- Oversee contractor compliance with health and safety regulations and handle complaints on complex repair cases.
- Train and develop contractors, including identifying and inducting new contractors.
- Promote Sedgwick Repair Solutions internally and ensure all principal contractor obligations are met.

- Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Construction Knowledge: In-depth understanding of construction.
- Relevant Qualifications: Degree plus CIOB, RICS, CII, or working towards these.
