We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Cardiff office as a Receptionist and Claims Support. We are looking for an experienced and methodical receptionist to join our busy Cardiff office and support our client-focused team. This is a full-time position with duties split between managing our busy reception and providing administrative support to various teams.

This front-of-house role requires someone who embraces our passion for customer service and professionalism. You should be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team with the other receptionist. Our work can be varied, so you may be incredibly busy one day and quieter the next, taking on more administrative duties as needed. Flexibility is key, as some days may involve data entry and other tasks as required. There may be on occasion various ad-hoc tasks that require completion relating to data within our client systems.
