As a Domestic Loss Adjuster, you will manage a caseload of domestic property damage claims across Surrey, from visiting customers at their homes, coordinating visits from contractors, to finally settling each claim. You will be present during sensitive moments, such as a burst pipe flooding a kitchen or a fire in the living room, and then return to your desk at Sedgwick or work from home to compile a comprehensive report. Visits to claimants’ properties are balanced with office and remote work. This position is ideal for detail‑oriented problem‑solvers who enjoy helping people, crave variety, and want to build a rewarding career.

The skills you will have when you apply:

  • UK Driving Licence: It is essential you can travel by car.
  • Insurance knowledge: Understanding how a home insurance policy operates and the basic makeup of a domestic property.
